Square Foot Garden Workshop @ The OPFS Learning Garden

“Intercropping & Companion Planting for higher yield”

Daniel is hosting a weekend class for families at the Oak Park Friends School (1192 S. Cuyler, Oak Park) The class is geared towards all-ages and abilities, novice to master gardeners.  Learn about square foot gardening and mixing and matching varieties to improve and increase your summer harvest!  

WHEN: Saturday, April 27 from 10 am. to 11am.

WHERE: 1192 S. Cuyler, Oak Park, IL

WHAT: Plant a variety of vegetables @ OPFS Learning Garden and learn why diverse plantings means more food for your family. Families go home with their own seedlings to plant at home.

How to grow seedlings, what does well in March & April. Families go home with their own seedlings to plant at home.

 

I'm hosting a weekend class for families at the Sugarbeet Schoolhouse (349 Ashland Ave, River Forest, IL.  The class is geared towards all-ages and abilities, novice to master gardeners.  Learn about permaculture, local ecology, seedling care, and early spring edible gardening in IL.
